Delete Your Fledr Account

Request permanent account and data deletion

You can delete your Fledr account at any time. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and lets you submit a deletion request if you are unable to do so from within the app.

Delete from the App

If you still have access to the app, you can delete your account directly:

  1. Open the Fledr app and go to Profile → Settings
  2. Tap Account
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm

Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize:

  • Your profile information (name, photos, bio, preferences)
  • Match history and chat messages
  • Location and device data linked to your account
  • Subscription and payment records (retained only as required by law)

Some data may be retained for up to 30–90 days for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which it is permanently purged. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Request Account Deletion

Use this form if you cannot access the app or need assistance deleting your account.

We will verify your identity using the email or phone number registered to your account before processing the request. Deletion is typically completed within 7 working days.
